Constance Capdenat

Senior Change Manager - New Orange Headquarter project (Bridge) - Orange

After studying at the Sorbonne and IEP-Paris and working as a journalist for Le Figaro, Constance Capdenat worked in ministerial offices. She then moved toward a career in communications and marketing within several telecom firms in France, London, and then Morocco. Major steps in her journey have included the launch of Orange in France in 2001 as Brand Manager, the international coordination of the Orange brand throughout the Group’s 28 countries, from 2003 to 2009, and the launch in 2010 of the third Moroccan telecom operator, as CMO. Since 2015, she has been working on major transformative projects for the Orange Group. This is what led her to take part in the installation of the new Headquarters, a transformative project for the 3000 employees working there and an innovative project that reflects the values of this brand, through its spaces and its design.

Gilles Belley

Designer

Gilles Belley is an industrial designer and a graduate of ENSCI – Les Ateliers in 2001, with a radio-station and signage project for highways. After several years working for others, he launched his own namesake business in 2006. In 2008, he was awarded the Grand Prix for Creation from the City of Paris in the Design section. In 2009, he received the Agora grant for design for developing the « La fabrique végétale » (“The plant factory”) project, launched in partnership with the La Cuisine art center at Nègrepelisse. In 2016, he won the VIA Carte Blanche award and presented “Rooms”. His work extends all the way through research projects (la Cuisine, EDF R&D), interior design projects (Lille Grand Palais, Fonds de Dotation des Oudin, EDF) scenography (Mémorial de la Shoah, la Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie, les Cristalleries Saint-Louis, le Musée du Flacon de Parfum de Baccarat, le Musée Paul Belmondo), furniture (Orange, Sancal, Cider), industrial products (Nature & Découvertes, Plastic Omnium) and signage (Musée de l’Homme, ENSAE). His projects are envisioned as mediators between an environment, a project or scheme and its users. Indeed, he pays close attention to the dialogue between a projects’s various stakeholders, in order to ensure continuity between spatial considerations, actions and techniques. During this same period (since 2010), he has been in charge of the Industrial Design degree program at Ensci - Les Ateliers.
