Everyone knows that Maison&Objet Paris is the international trade fair for the decoration, design and lifestyle sector. 
But what you may not realise is that Maison&Objet is so much more than simply a biannual event.  

There’s an online hub hosting our digital platform, MOM; a streaming plateform Maison&Objet Academy; our fringe event, ‘Le Off’, which runs during Paris Design Week; and that’s just for starters. We have a veritable passion for putting the style in lifestyle, a mindset that celebrates both curiosity & innovation, and the conviction that a diverse range of profiles makes for the richest possible experience. 

Our offices are based in the SOPI (South Pigalle) neighbourhood, which is one of Paris’s most dynamic districts, buzzing with restaurants, bars, trendy stores and more than its fair share of digital native businesses.

SAFI obtained 87 out of 100 points in the 2023 women's equality index in France.

This excellent performance results from a policy of equal pay implemented for years and which is an integral part of the strategy, values and culture of the business.

The index of gender equality includes 4 indicators.
Safi obtains the maximum number of points on 3 of the 4 indicators :
- Indicator: Gap in remuneration between women and men: 27 out of 40 points,
- Indicator: Difference in salary increases between women and men: 35 points out of 35,
- Indicator: Percentage of employees returning from a maternity leave who benefited from an increase upon their return: 15 points out of 15,
- Indicator: Number of employees from the less represented gender group, among the ten employees who have received the highest remuneration: 10 out of 10 points.
