Lea first worked with CRM & Digital agencies (Publicis ETO, Rapp & collins et Wunderman) before specialised herself into branding and design. She worked two years at Touchbranding in Brasil, Sao Paulo, an agency that integrates the understanding of consumer psychology into the heart of brands positioning approach. When she got back to France, she joins Carré Noir then CBA, where she deploys her transverse brand expertise on packaging, corporate and retail issues, which she crosses with consumer insights. Lea holds both a master’s degree in semiology and linguistics from Paris Descartes university and brand strategy and branding from CELSA Paris Sorbonne university.

After a degree in interior architecture in London (Chelsea College of Art and Design and Kingston University), then a short experience at Jean Nouvel Design and Western Design in Paris, Margaux moved to Shanghai to open and manage the NaçoArchitectures agency. For 10 years, she managed a team of 30 designers and co-signed more than 200 retail projects, hotels, restaurants, bars, offices, etc … In 2015, she launched her own design agency in Shanghai: NE-ON, a transcultural agency at the heart of Asian innovation and serving Chinese and European brands. In 2019, she joined CBA Paris as Head of Retail & Architecture.
