Well at Work. Before Covid, the talk was all about feeling good at work. Now, health comes first. But how do we rediscover friendliness at the office, or how do we share a yoga class with colleagues, when safety guidelines require physical distancing? The time has come to rethink wellness spaces at work in a new and creative way.

Albert Angel was born in the Congo and was raise in South Africa. He studied architecture at the University of Cape Town. Soon after his studies, he left for New York to work at Ralph Appelbaum Associates, where he stepped his toe into the field of museum design. His encounter with architect Lindy Roy, in 1999, embolded him to assert his real desire: inventing true total experiences. This is what he did at Landor, where he redesigned the entire Delta Airlines universe. He then founded his own studio in 2005, and worked on project after project throughout the world, with a strong penchant for Africa and for hospitality design. He has designed hotels, restaurants, nightclubs…In 2015, he created Kwerk, alongside Lawrence Knights, with the ambition of making this one of the most beautiful office spaces in the world. Albert Angel, passionate about aviation, spends half the year somewhere else, in other cultures, always with an open mind, so he never repeats himself.
