Architects - Humbert & Poyet

Founded in 2008 and based in Monaco, Humbert & Poyet started with a meeting between two architects, Emil Humbert & Christophe Poyet, one Parisian and the other Monegasque. Today the agency works across the world and counts amongst its accomplishments more than 50 restaurants, a number of private residences, boutiques and hotels. The design agency also launched its first furniture collection in 2019 with The Invisible Collection in London and is currently working on a new collection for Maison Pouenat. The agency’s philosophy is to approach each space as a composition, blending periods together to create singular and memorable designs. With constant attention to detail, materials are highlighted and combined with one another with audacity. Emil Humbert & Christophe Poyet share a common passion for the arts and participate actively in the renewal of craftsmanship. Year after year, HUMBERT & POYET create timeless environments where luxury is felt more than seen. Whether it is from the creation of a concept such as the Hoxton Hotel in Paris, the Aquazzura boutique in New York, or the restoration of a classified monument during the design of Beefbar in Paris. Future projects include a residential tower of 20 stories in Monaco, the development of two emblematic hotels in Asia, new restaurant concepts in Paris, London, Milan and New York, as well as the new gastronomic destination of the Four Seasons in Athens.
