Jean-Louis Frechin is one of the great contemporary French designers. Architect, graduated from Ensci (Paris, France), he is the founder of NoDesign, the first digital design agency. Teacher, founder of the Digital Design Workshop, former Director of Innovation and Research at Ensci-Les Ateliers, international lecturer, curator, columnist for the daily economic newspaper Les Échos, Jean-Louis Frechin is specialized in industrial creation, innovation and strategic thinking in the fields of information technologies, interactions and uses on industrial, urban and cultural projects. Jean-Louis Frechin has just published a reference book on design: « le design des choses à l’heure du numérique ». His book retraces the roots of this discipline, its evolution, its fields of action and its changes in the digital age. It addresses the new system of objects, services, interfaces, energy transition, ethics, makers, artificial intelligence, and reveals all the potential of design, its tensions, its responsibilities, and even its utopias. This book is for creative people, entrepreneurs and all those involved in the transformations of our time.

A professional journalist for over 20 years, Olivier Waché specializes in the worlds of home, decor, design, and lifestyle. Working independently over the past decade, he collaborates with many magazines: Ideat, The Good Life, Le Journal de la Maison, Maison Créative, Résidences Décoration, Femme Actuelle… and more. A keen observer of evolutions in living conditions, he worked with le French Design by VIA on the composition of two books as part of the Domovision collection. In 2014, he founded WOC, a writing firm, which provides high-value content and advice to professionals: public relations firms, brands, fine craftspeople, and architects.
