There’s never been so much talk about decarbonating the economy…What if furniture contributed to the decarbonization of society, especially since consumers are increasingly sensitive to the circular economy? 80% of retailers, brands, and specifiers who took part in the 6th M&O Barometer state that they have noticed increasing interest from end consumers in furniture made from recycled materials, 72% in upcycled furniture, transformed to give it a new lease on life that’s different from its original use, and 63% in second-hand furniture. It’s a new market for everyone in the industry!

Founder & President - Furniture for Good
Thibaut JEAN BAPTISTE is 37 years old, married and has two children. After a commercial training, he began his career in export before taking a position as project manager at a furniture rental company in event management. He held this position for several years and introduced him to the world of furniture. After managing major events, including the COP 21 in Le Bourget, many customers asked him for eco-friendly furniture for their events, but he realized that no viable solution existed on the market. Following the meeting with Le Pavé in early 2019, he decided to found FURNITURE FOR GOOD in order to offer design furniture, eco-responsible, made 100% in France from everyday waste. The offer for professionals has about thirty references and the team is composed of about ten employees.
