Combining a double training in architecture and management consulting, Alexandra has been instrumental since her arrival at STUDIOS in 1994 in developing the firm’s Workplace expertise, including our strategic consulting and change management services. Alexandra’s leadership in workplace innovation and in-depth knowledge of “end-user” strategic programming has enabled her to guide companies from all sectors through major transformation projects. With a rare ability to forge lasting relationships and answer highly demanding user requirements, she has successfully lead complex projects for firms such as Microsoft, EDF, Google, Sanofi and Ericsson.

After several years in our San Francisco office, Kristin Gratacap joined the Paris team in 2013. Visionary and passionate about our social and environmental responsibility within an ever-changing world, she has worked on a number of architecture and interior design projects where her design and technical skills have enabled her to propose innovative projects of exceptional quality to our clients. She has notably worked with Adobe, Google, Airbnb, Technicolor and Coca-Cola Services France. Kristin’s leadership and commitment to sustainable design and wellbeing in the workplace has placed her at the helm of STUDIOS’ in-house environmental committee. She also initiated the Well Silver certification of our offices, the first one who obtained in a Haussmannian building.

Graduated from the University of Central Lancashire (UK) and University of Lyon 3 (France) in Business Management then completed his MBA from University of Torcuato di Tella (Argentine) and recently graduated from INSEAD. Xavier has, consecutively living in South America, Europe and China, taken an active role to deploy and manage technologies to support Real Estate Management, as a provider then as a corporate user. Since 2010 Xavier within the Microsoft Real Estate and Facilities organization Xavier, leveraging on new technologies (mainly IOT and Machine Learning) has been delivering new Intelligent Workplace optimizing the sqm while improving the users ‘experience. Merging the physical space with the digital space in Real Estate has been a priority within the new way of managing Real Estate.
