Director of the BHV MARAIS, Amandine de Souza’s mission is to continue the repositioning that has been underway for several years, to place the BHV MARAIS as a “multi-specialty lifestyle” department store, and support the omni-channel development of the brand. Amandine is also the Group Purchasing Director of the Galeries Lafayette group, with the desire to develop brands and their in-house brand (Absolutely Maison) at BHV MARAIS, Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann and throughout the Galeries Lafayette network. A graduate of ESCP Europe, Amandine de Souza has more than 14 years of experience in the retail and e-commerce sectors, mainly in the worlds of Home and Decor (Bain & Company, Casino Group, Westwing).

20 years’ experience in the design and development of furniture, sales architecture, and experience design, first in the luxury industry at LVMH (Sephora, Louis Vuitton) and then at Philips Lighting/Signify. At the same time, in 2000, he co-founded, along with Jean-Marc Gady, the “Square G” agency, which would become “Jean-Marc Gady Design”. Guillaume has spent his entire career in a dialogue between the worlds of industry and design. He is in charge of marketing, development, finance, and operations.

After studying financial economics, Quentin Hirsinger worked for many years in an internationally renowned architecture firm, as a documentation, materials and intelligence manager. In 2000, he created the matériO company, a material innovation intelligence service. Since then, he has traveled to the most diverse fairs around the world, tracking down innovations on the Internet, contacting manufacturers to obtain samples or additional information, and working tirelessly to foster new uses for thousands of unique materials. Quentin wants above all to provide designers with an independent materials library that is ‘as rich and inspiring as possible, beyond categories or divisions, but with curiosity as a driver, an intuitive database as a tool.

A writer for French and international publications (Les Echos WE, Le Point, ELLE, ELLE DECO, Bllnr), Clara Le Fort deals with subjects related to luxury, innovation and sustainable development. She also works with brands on strategic matters, as a design director. In addition, she has authored five books, published by Gestalten, and has written the Louis Vuitton City Guide for Sydney, Istanbul, Copenhagen and Arles.
