Merchandising must become a bearer of meaning, ethical and ecological values, in line with the brand’s CSR. The development of the origin, the storry-telling, and an eco-responsible sourcing will be the keys to a successful merchandising.

A Visual Merchandising specialist, Delphine Pelisse has worked for over 20 years in the fields of design and retail strategy. A 1996 IFM graduate with experience at firms such as Louis Vuitton and Timberland, she works with a number of brands and retailers on their merchandising rollouts. She also co-founded strategy consultancy GOOD 2 KNOW with Hélène Lafourcade, and, over the past 4 years, has been focused on the exclusive development of Christmas Cie.
