Presently, the Musée des arts décoratifs celebrates the Italian architect and designer Gio Ponti through a major retrospective. A great opportunity to rediscover the scale and durability of his work.

Expert in decorative arts of the XX century, Dominique Forest has written several books : La dinanderie française between 1900 and 1950, Luc and Marjolaine Lanel. She has collaborated also on a major book about design published at Citadelles & Mazenod - The Art of Design, translated under the title "The Art of things. Product design since 1945". She has been the Curator of the museum Magnelli specialised in Vallauris ceramic and since 2000, she is Curator in Chief of the department "Modern and Contemporary" in MAD Paris. Dominique Forest is also the curator of several exhibitions : "How to edit design", "Joe Colombo", "Jewels Art Deco and Avant-Garde", "The jewels of Dieter Roth", "Finish and contemporary Design", "Konstantin Grcic", "Bouroullec", "Roger Tallon and design in movement", "Tutto Ponti Gio Ponti archi designer".
