Responsible for brand and trade marketing management across Europe, Middle East and Africa as well as advising and collaborating with leading designers and brand owners to collectively support them in making the most informed decisions about color for their brand or product strategy.

Journaliste for the most famous magazines of decoration during 25 years –Elle Décoration, Le Journal de la Maison, Maison&Travaux- Sophie Mouton-Brisse is author of the work « DécoBox : Colors&Well Being » (Eyrolles éditions, 2017). Her passion ? The color ! The intelligence of the color and its capacity to modify our perceptions fascinates her particularly. She teaches the psycho-physical effects of colors to the professionals of the decoration since 2008 and gives regularly conferences. She is member of the communication group of the French Center of Color (CFC), working for research with famous scientists and artists.

After studying international marketing in Paris, Berkeley, Tokyo, and Beijing, and training in design at the Domus Academy in Milan, Christophe Pradère began his career in South Korea as a Marketing Manager. He entered EURO RSCG Design as General Manager of Corporate Branding and Retail Design. He took over a design firm and grew its business on the prestige and luxury markets. He brought it into the BETC family, creating BETC Design. Then, he rapidly expanded this firm in France and in Asia. He lectures at higher education institutions such as the Parsons School, Essec or Skema.
