Since joining the studio HBA London 12 years ago, Constantina Tsoutsikou has worked on award-winning projects around the globe. From luxury hôtels to exclusive spas, her talents have been integral to the success of destinations such as the Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, which garnered widespread praise for its innovative approach in establishing a new benchmark for airport hotels. In addition, Constantina’s passion for wellness has infused her concepts for esteemed luxury spas throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia. From spaceplanning to meticulously designing the finest details, she has created nurturing environments at the Raffles Istanbul Zorlu Center; the ESPA Ritz-Carlton Macau and the ESPA at The Europe in Killarney, Ireland. Constantina began her career as a designer for Estée Lauder’s beauty brands. Australian-born and raised in Greece, she holds a BA (Hons) from the Technological Educational Institute in Athens, Greece, and an MA in the Built Environment, Interior Design, from University of the Arts London.

Tal Danai founded ArtLink in 1996. In early 1997, ArtLink partnered with Sotheby’s auction house to form ArtLink@Sotheby’s International Young Art Program, aspiring to introduce a new segment of emerging art into the global art market. In 1999, CNN deemed the program "the most exciting development in the art market in decades." In 2002, Danai introduced the ArtLink consulting and provision service, focusing on creating aspirational aesthetic experiences in hospitality projects worldwide. The ArtLink team curated and provided art collections for over 125 hospitality projects spanning 32 countries, including the Jing An Shangri-La Shanghai, the Four Seasons Resort DIFC Dubai, the Ritz-Carlton Herzliya, The Plaza Hotel in New York City, the Waldorf Astoria in Chengdu, the St. Regis in Cairo and the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park in London. Prior to ArtLink, Danai served as the Director of International Marketing for Cybra Corporation and in 1989 assumed the position of Director of International Operations for the Commodity Spot Shipping Division of the Brazilian conglomerate SATRO. In 1993, Danai founded EcoLink, which restructured failing small businesses into highly profitable enterprises and traded in foodstuff in the former Soviet Union countries. Danai holds academic degrees in fine art, maritime commerce and law, alongside the rank of Sensei in Kyokushin Karate.

An accomplished writer (Wallpaper*, Condé Nast Traveller, Forbes, Business Traveller, National Geographic, Sleeper) Guy’s reach encompasses the curation of content for events and the related hosting of live, on-stage interviews, awards ceremonies and discussion moderations. Utilising his vast experience and contacts Guy is able to curate speaker line-ups for of all sizes and formats of events (Sleep (now HIX), Maison et Objet, 100% Design, HDE Expo, Stockholm Furniture Fair) and trade partners (CitizenM, Design Hotels, Pure, LE Miami, Pandox, PKF, TECE, Bang & Olufsen, Villeroy & Boch, Philips, Hansgrohe and Kohler). Putting speakers at ease, he teases out their narratives and back-stories to entertain and inform his audiences.
