A design-infused Paralympic end to summer!
SEPT. 05-09, 2024 - PARIS NORD VILLEPINTE
In January 2024, Maison&Objet put Mathieu Lehanneur, the designer of the Olympic torch, in the spotlight, awarding him the title of Designer of the Year. Six months later, at your next fair in September 5-9, 2024, it’s the Paralympic Games that will set the capital’s pulse racing.
With our partners in the Île-de-France Region, we’ve been preparing to host you under the best possible conditions!

- You only need your Maison&Objet badge to access the fair!
- You don’t need a Pass to the Games or a QR code.
Here’s a tip: You only need your Maison&Objet badge to access the fair! The Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center isn’t located within the security perimeter set up for the Paralympic Games.
- Only a few volleyball competitions will be held in Hall 8 of the Parc des Expositions until September 7th, and these have been deliberately planned at staggered time slots (12:00 p.m.-3:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.-9:30 p.m.) so as not to disturb your visit to the fair.
- The organization of a dedicated visitor reception area will facilitate easy access to the site.

TRANSPORTATION
- From August 28 to September 8, Paris host the Paralympic Games. Their impact on traffic flow will be less than during the Olympic Games. Public transportation will be operating normally, except for 3 metro stations, which will be closed (Concorde, Champs-Elysées Clémenceau, and Tuileries). The region and its transportation authorities are committed to providing as many taxi and RER B connections as possible between Paris and the Parc des Expositions.
Maison&Objet will also double its number of free shuttle buses, with departures every 15 minutes from Paris Denfert-Rochereau - avenue René Coty (near the Denfert-Rochereau place).
