Sophie Masson makes everyday life brighter with her porcelain creations. The lines of her ceramics express sensuality, transparency as well as singularity; they combine beauty with utility in all simplicity and each handmade porcelain is unique. Sophie Masson designs and creates both dinner sets and art objects in porcelain. Each handmade porcelain, as it goes through the filter of her sensitivity, becomes a living object, which needs to be experienced in its own. She regularly invites visual artists to collaborate with her. Together, they workout unique series. In the same way, each porcelain can be personalized with a message, lettering, drawing or logo on request. This is the response she provides to a market that, saturated by an overly standardized offer, looks for more authenticity. See more
