Michel Amar's collection of light fixtures is an ode to the couturiers and designers who have woven the concept of the "French Touch" into the collective imagination: a discreet and refined sophistication exemplified by our great couturiers. Drawing from the heritage of these icons, each light fixture in this collection embodies one or more aspects of this art: a line, a curve, a cut, an accessory, a ribbon, or lace. At the heart of this collection is alabaster, chosen by Michel Amar for its ability to "tell the story of light." With its lace-like transparency, alabaster filters and shapes the light, endowing it with absolute sensuality and singularity. See more
