Rive Gauche

The Campus Mode, Métiers d’Art, Design, Mobilier National, and École des Arts Décoratifs have combined their expertise to create a Grande Matériauthèque. This innovative facility, integrated into the Campus, will be located at the heart of the Mobilier National, within the prestigious Manufacture des Gobelins. Its goal is to become a reference center for research and resources on materials. In this context, the Prix Mobilier National Jeune Création 2024 invited students from the Campus to design the interior layout of the Grande Matériauthèque and to consider its identity. This competition provided a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of this reference center, located in a building classified as a Historic Monument. On September 4th the projects will be presented, and prizes will be awarded. See more
