Rive Gauche

To mark the 30th anniversary of the Grands Ateliers de France, curator Carole de Bona is bringing together nearly a dozen members of the group in the Orangerie du Sénat, including craftsmen and ‘‘Meilleurs Ouvriers de France’’ such as Fanny Boucher, Lison de Caunes and Pierre Bonnefille, as well as around fifteen guest artists including Maxence de Bagneux, Vincent Pourjardieu and Mathias Kiss. Furniture, decorative objects, installations and more. In total, almost forty pieces will be on show. The exhibition, which is free and open to the public, aims to raise awareness of artisanal work and craftsmanship among the younger generation. The creations will be sold at a charity auction to raise funds for the Fondation des Femmes. See more
